• Cargo's trucks pick up your order and transport it to their warehouse.
• A final quality control (QC) inspection is conducted in collaboration with Cargo's staff to ensure perfect condition.

• The empty container arrives at Cargo's warehouse early in the morning.
• It undergoes a thorough inspection for damages and is prepared, with extra precautions like lining the inside with plastic, corrugated sheets, and dry packs to keep your goods dry and well-protected.

• A government-approved fumigation company treats your goods.
• After completion, the container door is securely closed with a sealed lock, adding an extra layer of security that requires bolt cutters for removal.

• Cargo carefully wraps your goods in corrugated cardboard, providing both protection and efficient use of shipping space.
• Your order is not palletised by default unless specifically requested, and fragile items are boxed for added security.

• The container is transported to the port on the back of a truck.

• Payment for the shipping invoice is required before your container departs from Cargo's warehouse.
• Options include making the payment directly to Cargo's designated bank account or to our business account without any markup.

• The shipping route is determined based on your location, with the primary objective of expediting the delivery within a typical range of 4 to 8 weeks.

• Cargo manages export legalities, including government inspection, export documentation, certificates, and fumigation.
• The shipping company may request your name, contact, address, and delivery particulars.

Your dedicated import agent handles communication and coordinates the container's delivery.

You'll have a few hours to 24 hours to offload the goods from the container, typically without the need for a forklift or special machinery unless stone goods are requested.
