We hope you love your Hermosa Living pieces but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. We ask that you choose carefully, as much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. For returns within Australia, we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit as long as your return meets the below requirements. 

  • All returns must be within a 14-day time frame from the delivery date

  • Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached

  • Item/s must be returned in their original packaging

  • Gift Cards may not be returned

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Hermosa Living is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. By placing an order with Hermosa Living you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping. 

Hermosa Living reserves the right to deny the return of items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.  Unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and guidelines.

  • Submit your order number and request for return or exchange here.

  • Please allow up to 24hrs for us to approve your return.

  • Once your return has been approved, please organise return to the address listed below. Do not organise your return until your return has been approved.

  • Once we have received your return at our end, we will proceed with processing your credit note, exchange or refund if eligible.

Damaged Goods & Missing Items

It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing of any damages or missing items upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period. A replacement will be dispatched, if there is no replacement available a refund will be issued.

Afterpay & Zippay Returns

Any returns processed by Afterpay & Zippay are eligible for an online credit or exchange only. Any remaining payments outstanding with Afterpay & Zippay will continue to be deducted from your allocated bank institute by Afterpay & Zippay. You will be then issued a credit for the full amount originally purchased at Hermosa Living.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to honour change of mind returns for international orders at this time.

I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?

We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit where goods are damaged, do not match the description or do not perform to their function.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
